Christine Small

Christine has 23 years’ of experience in working in health and social care. She started her career by supporting people with learning difficulties and challenging needs in a residential setting and at the same time working with adolescents in children’s services. Her drive and dedication led her to progress to positions as the registered manager of a number of services regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

For the past 13 years Christine has been employed in senior management positions in residential, supported living and domiciliary care services in the local area. Christine is passionate and committed to providing quality person-centred dignified care for individuals and making a positive difference to peoples lives. She also believes in creating employment and personal development opportunities for people and being involved and contributing to the local community.

In her free time Christine enjoys spending time with her family, anything creative and visiting air shows.
