Our minimum time is a call of 15 minutes, these calls could be to check on your welfare, and support or administer medication, for example.
If you are privately funded, you can pay by direct debit bank transfer, cheque, or by cash at our office.
We will try to accommodate your wishes, and if you feel you need more time on a regular basis, then we can discuss this with you.

Yes our Support Workers are subject to necessary previous employment references, alongside a criminal records check through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
