Dementia Care

Our care and support service, enables people living with dementia to continue to live at home, in the place that is familiar to them. Our support workers understand the daily challenges of caring for someone with dementia, and are able to support people and their loved ones to cope.

Our support workers are patient and understanding, and have all received specialist training in supporting people living with dementia. We will work in a person centred way with the individual, family members, and other professionals involved in the persons care and support, to promote and support the individuals choices, preferences, lifestyle, and well being.
